Over 18 months, you’ll gain real responsibility and hands-on experience as part of one of our brand teams. You’ll work as a Marketing Assistant, learning the fundamentals of brand management and setting yourself up for promotion to Assistant Brand Manager at the end of the programme (subject to performance).Here’s what to expect:Ownership from Day 1 – We’re a lean team, so your contribution really matters. Data-Driven Decisions – You’ll analyse market data, consumer insights, and performance trends to inform strategy and uncover opportunities. Innovation Management – Lead projects from concept to shelf. You’ll shape ideas, develop P&Ls, design packaging, validate with consumers, and track in-market success. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Category, R&D, and Supply Chain to bring plans to life. Creative Campaigns – Help develop key visuals and shopper campaigns that connect our brands with millions of consumers.  What will you get from us? During the scheme you will attend various off-job training courses that will support your personal development You will receive regular reviews and feedback from your line manager - all to help you learn and develop You will work alongside experienced marketeers and learn on-the-job all our processes and ways and working. You will be given early responsibility which will give you exposure to key business meetings, brand development, the power of Insights and how we do innovation at Premier Foods. At the end of the scheme, we will continue to support your career progression and development, the pace of which will be dictated by two things – your personal capability and potential and the right opportunity becoming available What will we expect from you? We’re looking for graduates who are curious, driven, and ready to take ownership of their career.You’ll need to: Be degree-qualified (any discipline, but Marketing, Business, or related subjects are advantageous). Have a strong analytical mindset and be confident working with data. Be passionate about brands and the UK FMCG/Retail industry. Be commercially aware and eager to learn. Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Have the permanent right to work in the UK. Be based in or willing to relocate to St Albans (AL1 2RE). Some travel and overnight stays may be required, particularly during induction. We operate Hybrid working. This means working part of the week in the office and part of the week at home. You can work 5 days in the office if you want to, but we expect office based employees to be in the office at least 2-3 days a week.
