Our client is a large investment holding and is looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer, to Lead the Human Resources Team within their operations based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.Key Responsibilities will IncludeDevelop and implement the HR strategy aligned with corporate goals, driving organizational growth and workforce transformation in the industrial and energy sectorsLead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-caliber professionalsDesign and oversee competitive compensation frameworks, incentive structures, and benefits programs aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational goalsChampion a performance-driven culture that fosters accountability, innovation, safety, and operational excellence across multi-site operationsOversee continuous learning, leadership development, and technical training programs to enhance employee capabilities and career progressionDrive engagement initiatives, labor relations, and communication strategies to strengthen workforce collaboration and moraleOversee HRIS, data analytics, and digital HR transformation initiatives to ensure efficiency, compliance, and accurate reportingPromote inclusive practices that reflect the organization’s values, ensuring equitable opportunities across diverse regional and functional teamsEnsure adherence to labor laws, industrial regulations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all HR practicesPartner with senior leadership to structure and optimize teams, drive change management, and build a resilient organizational framework to meet energy-sector demandsWho we’re looking for:Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within the industrial, manufacturing, energy, or engineering sector.Proven track record in leading HR strategy for multi-site, high-performance organizations.Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HSE-linked HR frameworks.Experience with HR digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
