In this role, you will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and data and analytics, ensuring technology fuels growth, innovation, and operational excellence.What You’ll Lead:Technology & Digital StrategyShape and deliver a global IT and digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.Partner with executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making and transformation initiatives.IT Operations & SecurityLead global IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and service delivery.Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, data privacy, and business continuity.Enterprise Systems & DataOversee enterprise platforms—including SAP—and ensure seamless integration, optimization, and standardization.Drive the company’s data and analytics strategy to empower smarter decision-making.Leadership & CollaborationBuild and inspire a global IT organization across multiple regions and time zones.Manage budgets, vendors, and key technology partnerships.Work closely with business units to ensure technology solutions meet evolving needs.What You BringExperience as a CIO, VP IT, or senior technology leader within a global multi-site organization.Strong background in digital transformation, IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.Track record of leading global teams and managing large budgets.Background in industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven sectors is a plus.Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.MUSTs:Deep knowledge and expertise in SAP implementation, integration, or governanceExperience in a relevant C-level / SVP roleAble to work onsite in North of Israel
