SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) Functional Consultant - Israel based

Our People Advisory practice provides strategic guidance on HR transformation, while our Digital HR Practice provides implementation, development and support for a comprehensive SAP-centric portfolio including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Fieldglass and Concur. This is a client-facing and hybrid role, open to candidates for a full-time position, based in Israel with 4 days onsite presence in Airport City area. Key Responsibilities:Implement, develop and configure SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) module for our customers’ projectsCollaborate with internal lead consultants and with customers’ stakeholders to analyze and validate functional requirementsDesign functional business processes and workflows using AKT’s methodologiesCommunicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersParticipate in user meetings to gain understanding of customers’ processes, requirements, and issues in order to offer solutions and continuous enhancementsTake ownership of the deliverables, and work closely with the technical team to ensure the deliverables are being built to specificationsJob Requirements:Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirementsExtensive experience in HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT)Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) or SAP HR – a huge advantageProfessional presentation and communication skillsGood knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processesExperience working in global companies - an advantageLanguage skills in Hebrew and English (both written and oral)Personal Skills:Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new technologiesAbility to drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challengesTeam player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goalsCapable to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and results-orientedStrong analytical and planning skillsCustomer-oriented and flexibleAKT Offers:A wide range of opportunities for career growthStimulating and collaborative working environmentFlexibilityRemote/Hybrid positionInternal knowledge transfer, training, and coachingInternational business environment (offices in the UK, DACH, North America, India, France, Israel, and Czech Republic)
