Partner with the CEO and ELT on M&A technology, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration as the group continues its expansionChampion the use of advanced analytics, predictive modelling and generative AI to create measurable improvements in business performance and scaling.Ideal Background10+ years senior IT collaborative leadership experience gained in complex and highly regulated industries (preferred, but not essential)Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-wide IT strategies that deliver clear commercial and operational outcomesDeep expertise across infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data architecture & governance, systems and digital transformationDemonstrated strength in vendor selection/management, budget control and achieving cost-effective service deliveryExceptional stakeholder management skills with the presence and credibility to operate effectively at Board and Executive level.
