Backed by a clear IPO roadmap and a $500M VC strategy by 2030, they are positioned to become a leading global tech powerhouse.ResponsibilitiesAs a core member of the Company’s Executive Team, the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) plays a key strategic role in shaping the Company’s legal direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting the organization’s interests across all business verticals1. Legal Strategy & Risk ManagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive legal strategy aligned with the Company’s growth trajectory and innovation agenda.Serve as the chief legal advisor to senior leadership on complex regulatory and business matters.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks across investment, technology, and international business operations.2. Leadership & Legal Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage specialized legal teams covering VC and Corporate Affairs.Establish internal legal protocols, training frameworks, and performance evaluation systems.Promote a collaborative, ethical, and business-focused legal culture across the organization.3. Corporate Governance & ComplianceOversee corporate governance standards and ensure full legal compliance across all jurisdictions.Maintain updated internal policies, contract management systems, and compliance frameworks.Ensure alignment with global regulatory bodies such as MAS (Singapore), SEC (USA), and VARA (UAE).4.
