If you are eager to participate in international projects, gain unique skills, and learn from top leaders, Neyu is the right place for you.RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage Group Legal team and oversee legal operations across GEOs.• Review and control contracts, compliance, licensing, and risk matters.• Advise management on legal risks, corporate structure, and cross-border issues.• Liaise with external law firms and handle disputes or litigation when required.• Maintain good relationship with law firms and Stay current on changes in legislation and assess their impact on the company as well as propose actions that may benefit to the business good governance• Monitor legal and regulatory updates across countries and ensure compliance.• Maintain corporate governance and statutory filings for all entities.• Support cross-functional teams in contracts, policies, and business decisions.• Develop internal legal frameworks, templates, and procedures.• Report key legal risks and updates to related personnel, Head of Business Compliance and CEO.QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.• At least 7 years of experience in corporate legal or compliance roles, with management experience preferred.• Strong knowledge of corporate law, cross-border transactions, and compliance frameworks.• Experience working with multinational companies or external law firms.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE• Work-life harmony working schedule from 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday.• Competitive remuneration package and full pay during probation period.• Premium health insurance after probation.• Pay-for-performance policy with annual bonuses and salary review based on performance.• Team-building activities and various non-cash benefits (holidays, birthdays, etc.).• A multinational, dynamic working environment offering professional growth opportunities.Contact us: Our Office: • Head Office HCM: ROX Building, 180–192 Nguyen Cong Tru, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City • Office HN: Dong Loi Building, 1160 Lang Street, Lang Ward, Ha Noi City
