Role Highlights:Advise startups across multiple industries on entity formation, regulatory compliance, IP protection, and contracts.Develop scalable templates, risk-mitigation strategies, and deal-flow processes supporting capital raises, partnership agreements, and go-to-market launches.Serve as a pragmatic problem solver and trusted advisor for founders during all critical growth phases.Collaborate as a core C-level team member alongside investment, operations, technical, and financial leaders.Light operational duties, with flexibility to focus on your areas of strength.Compensation:Compensation includes fees and equity in portfolio companies. All roles are contract/fractional and remote-friendly.Ideal Experience:JD with 10+ years’ experience as counsel to early-stage, high-growth companies, venture-backed startups, or investment funds preferred.Deep knowledge of venture finance, securities, SaaS/digital/IP agreements, and regulatory frameworks.Pragmatic, responsive, and collaborative—able to balance founder-friendly counsel with the discipline required by institutional investors.Ready to shape the next wave of high-impact startups?
