Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Consultant - ITSM & ITAM based in the United States. The Consultant will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, building customized frameworks, streamlining processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves training client teams, generating insights from data analysis, and staying updated with best practices in ITSM and ITAM. Qualifications Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as incident management, problem management, and change managementExpert-level knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), including lifecycle management, software asset tracking, and complianceExperience with ITSM and ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similarStrong consulting and advisory skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business valueExcellent problem-solving capabilities, written and verbal communication skills, and time managementRelevant certifications such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, or similar are preferredBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial
