We are currently preparing for a strategic US-flip to establish our global headquarters in the UnitedStates, positioning ourselves to become the definitive leader in this new category.The OpportunityWe are seeking a world-class, strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our foundational executive team. This is not a typical marketing role; this is a 'builder' opportunity to architect a new industry category from the ground up.You will be the chief architect of our global narrative, GTM strategy, and brand. Your primary mission will be to position us as the undisputed leader in AI for semiconductor manufacturing, specifically to three key audiences: customers (Fabs, IDMs, Foundries), partners, and top-tier US investors.This C-level leader will be a crucial partner to the CEO in executing our US-flip, driving our subsequent fundraising rounds (Series A/B), and establishing our presence in Silicon Valley and other global tech hubs.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory & Narrative Creation: Define and own the "AI for Semiconductor Manufacturing" category. Craft a compelling, clear, and urgent narrative that translates highly complex technology into an undeniable value proposition.US Flip & Investor Strategy: Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO in orchestrating the company's US re-incorporation. Leverage your network and expertise to build our brand within the US venture capital ecosystem, directly supporting our Series A and future fundraising efforts.Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy targeting major semiconductor manufacturers. Identify key segments, define pricing, and build the initial roadmap for market entry.Product Marketing: Lead all product marketing efforts. Own our positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis, ensuring our solution's differentiation is crystal clear.Industry Evangelism & Analyst Relations: Build and cultivate relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, VLSIresearch), media, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the semiconductor space. Represent the company as a thought leader at major industry events.Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop marketing alliances with key players in the semiconductor ecosystem (e.ET, EDA, Equipment).Team Building: Build a lean, high-impact global marketing function from scratch over time.What You Bring (Qualifications)Mandatory: Deep Semiconductor DNA: 15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, with a significant portion spent directly within the semiconductor industry (e.g., manufacturing, EDA, metrology, fab equipment, or B2B software sold to fabs). You must speak the language of fabs and foundries fluently.Mandatory: Verifiable Investor Network: A proven track record of supporting successful fundraising (Series A, B, C) from top-tier US venture capital firms. You must have an established, credible network of VCs and CVCs who trust your judgment.US Market Mastery: Demonstrable experience taking a non-US (ideally Asian) deep-tech company and successfully launching and scaling it in the North American market. Experience with the "US-Flip" process is a significant plus.Startup Velocity: A "builder" mindset.
