Your Mission:As the first CMO, reporting directly to the CEOs, your mission is to build a world-class, data-driven marketing engine. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring brand consistency, and capturing market share on a global scale. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who excels at execution.We Need You If You Are:A Strategic Unifier: You have experience building or transforming marketing functions in a complex, multi-brand B2B environment.Globally Minded: You have 8+ years of experience navigating international markets, with specific expertise in the UK & Africa. You understand regional nuances and how to win.Sector-Savvy: You have a background in FinTech and Asset Leasing/Rental. You understand the B2B sales cycle and the unique challenges of the sector.Data-Driven: You are proficient in overseeing SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics, using data to drive decisions and prove ROI.Execution-Obsessed: You are a driver who translates high-level strategy into actionable campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
