We’re also backed by multiple Unicorn founders and management of brands such as Razer, Carousell, Shopback, Carro, Prism+, Grab, Atome, etc.As Stryv’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll be the architect of our brand’s next stage of growth. You will lead the regional marketing strategy — spanning brand, digital, community, and performance — to make Stryv a top-of-mind lifestyle and personal care brand across Southeast Asia.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Strategy & PositioningDefine and execute a long-term brand vision aligned with Stryv’s mission to democratize high-quality personal care products.Build a consistent and distinctive brand identity across all markets and touchpoints.Champion brand storytelling that connects emotionally with diverse audiences.2. Growth & Marketing LeadershipOversee marketing strategy across digital, retail, and offline channels (Shopee, Lazada, Watsons, Guardian, etc.).Develop full-funnel campaigns that balance brand equity building with performance-driven results.Lead media planning, budget allocation, and ROI optimization across all channels.3. Digital & Performance MarketingDrive measurable growth in online sales, customer acquisition, and retention through data-led strategies.Leverage paid media, social, CRM, influencer marketing, and SEO/SEM to scale efficiently.Build internal analytics capabilities to inform and refine marketing decisions.4. Community & ContentBuild Stryv’s lifestyle ecosystem — from ambassador programs to social storytelling and content creation.Partner with creators, influencers, and celebrities who embody the brand’s mission.Develop engaging campaigns that position Stryv as an aspirational yet relatable lifestyle brand.5. Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, creative, and partnerships.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and retail teams to drive cohesive execution.Instill a data-driven, experimental, and bold marketing culture.Qualifications & Experience:8-10+ years of marketing leadership experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, or lifestyle tech.Proven track record of scaling regional brands or driving high-growth marketing strategies in Southeast Asia.Deep understanding of both brand marketing and performance marketing — able to balance storytelling with metrics.Experience working with omnichannel ecosystems (online marketplaces, retail partners, DTC, and offline retail).Strong network and understanding of influencer, media, and agency landscapes.Exceptional communication, leadership, and storytelling skills.
