Hailo’s innovation provides believers with hyper-personalised support, scripture and services, whilst providing Church Leaders with AI data-driven insights and AI-generated solutions to improve their sermons, pastoral care and outreach activities, so they more accurately meet with the needs of their communities.🌎 About UsOur Founder & CEO is a 3x exited entrepreneur across both technology and service-based businesses. Having operated as a Founder, Chair, Non-Executive Director and Advisor across several technology businesses from pre-revenue through to £100m ARR, over the past decade he has gained valuable insights into starting, scaling and exiting businesses across a multitude of sectors and verticals. With a small founding team, we are now looking for an experienced CMO with experience across B2B AI and SaaS consumer-facing products, who is excited by the prospect of joining a hyper-focused niche startup, passionate about our mission, and embodies the values of the company.With strong signs of early problem-solution-fit, market validation, and recently moving from pre-revenue to post-revenue, with pre-launch waitlist signups across 3 continents and 10 countries, we are at a pivotal stage, with an imminent international launch date on the horizon. 🔎 You7+ years in marketing leadership roles.Experience in SaaS, AI, marketplaces, B2B, or faith-tech / community-tech preferred.Track record of launching and scaling tech products from 0 → 1 → growth.Experience with mission-driven or values-based communities (churches, nonprofits, movements) is a strong advantage.Comfortable owning the entire funnel—from awareness to adoption to retention.Exceptional storyteller and communicator.Deep experience in digital acquisition and growth experimentation.Strong brand builder with design sensibility.Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.Data-driven, but relational and community-aware.Global mindset; understands cultural differences across regions.Mission and/or values-aligned and excited about serving churches worldwide.Entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage scrappiness.Loves building from the early stages.Empathetic leader who inspires trust.📝 The Role1.GTM StrategyDevelop and execute Hailo’s launch strategy across countries, continents and globally.Define ICPs across regions, denominations, and church sizes.Build segmentation, messaging, and positioning that resonates with pastors, church admins, and ministry leaders.Build and run multi-channel acquisition strategies (email, content, social, events, partnerships, affiliate/referral programs).2.Demand Generation and GrowthBuild and run multi-channel acquisition strategies (email, content, social, events, partnerships, affiliate/referral programs).Test, measure, and optimize growth channels quickly.Set up marketing analytics, funnels, conversion metrics, and attribution models.3.Brand and Coms Own the brand identity and voice across all touch points.Lead storytelling that connects technology with mission-driven impact.Create compelling narratives for churches, partners, investors, and global audiences.4.Product MarketingWork closely with product, tech & engineering to map features to value-props.Define pricing, packaging, and launch plans for new features.Lead customer research and user insights.5.LeadershipBuild and manage a world-class marketing team (growth, content, design, community) in line, and time, with business growthImplement systems and processes for modern, data-driven omni-channel marketing.Lead and contribute to a high-performance culture aligned with Hailo’s mission.🚀 The Opportunity£50,000 starting salary Early-level equityYou’ll be joining a team with a clear mission, impact led and commercially focused The opportunity to work alongside a committed, passionate, capable and seasoned Founder CEO and C-suite team include CTO and board advisorsThe opportunity to be instrumental in shaping the companies direction and success as CMOThis is a full-time commitment, and to build a startup requires a healthy amount of optimism and hard work.
