The Business GURNER Group is entering a significant phase of growth, expanding its footprint across property, hospitality, wellness and branded residences. To support this next chapter, we’re appointing a Chief Marketing Officer, an executive role responsible for shaping and commercialising a portfolio of brands that already hold strong influence in luxury living, wellbeing and hospitality.Reporting to the Group CEO, the CMO leads the full marketing, brand and digital agenda, partnering closely with the Founder & Executive Chair and senior leaders across the Group. This is a high-impact role that will craft the global brand platform and scale it across international markets, elevating GURNER’s identity, reputation and commercial performance.The OpportunityYou’ll develop and execute comprehensive marketing, brand and communications strategies that align to the Group’s broader growth agenda. The remit includes global campaign leadership, brand architecture and storytelling, digital ecosystem ownership, CRM strategy, PR and communications, commercial planning and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Development, Design, Operations and Wellness.A strong lens on premium brand building, design sensibility, digital performance, CRM, content and integrated campaign development is essential. You’ll shape the go-to-market strategy for new launches, drive commercial impact through insight-led decision making and ensure the brand narrative is reflected across every touchpoint, channel and customer experience.Key Responsibilities• Defining and evolving the Group’s brand architecture, positioning and narrative across all verticals• Building and executing global-level marketing and communications strategies• Leading end-to-end campaign development, content, digital performance, SEO/SEM and CRM• Driving commercial planning grounded in data, market insight and customer understanding• Overseeing global PR, influencer and reputation activity to position the Group as a leader in luxury wellness, design and lifestyle• Leading the digital ecosystem including websites, social channels, UX and lifecycle programs• Managing budgets, performance metrics, media investment and marketing ROI• Developing and coaching a high-performing team while shaping future internal capabilityRequirements• Senior leadership experience across luxury, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality or high-end consumer brands• A global lens, ideally with exposure across APAC, North America, UK/EU or the Middle East• Strength in brand storytelling, digital marketing, CRM, performance and commercially-driven campaign execution• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on capability and strong design sensibility• Data-driven decision making, financial acumen and experience managing sizeable budgets• Executive presence, influencing capability and confidence operating at Board levelWhy GURNER?You’ll join an ambitious, creative and fast-moving organisation with significant global expansion ahead.
