This role is instrumental in shaping Group-wide growth strategy, improving client acquisition and retention, strengthening brand presence, and driving revenue outcomes across residential, commercial, finance, legal, insurance, wealth, and renewables verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead growth strategy across sales, marketing, and customer engagement to achieve commercial targets.Drive market insights and brand positioning to strengthen competitive advantage.Oversee customer acquisition and retention programs to boost loyalty and lifetime value.Collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes and improve revenue performance.Manage strategic partnerships and business development initiatives to expand market reach.Provide leadership and mentorship to build a high-performing growth team.Monitor budgets and ROI to ensure efficient investment and measurable outcomes.Develop integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and business units.Implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience.Oversee forecasting and performance reporting to maintain accountability and commercial discipline.Support innovation initiatives that improve service offerings and operational efficiency.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive growth objectives.Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization.QualificationsProven experience in a senior growth, sales, marketing, or commercial leadership role.Strong background in multi-brand or multi-unit environments.Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Advanced analytical capabilities with a strong understanding of performance metrics and commercial reporting.Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.Highly developed strategic thinking, planning, and execution capability.Who We AreAt Rethink Group, collaboration is central to our success.
