At Jesslyn Medical Center, healing is personal and offers care that feels like home.Role DescriptionLead and develop medical and clinical strategies aligned with the company’s goalsEnsure excellence in healthcare quality, patient safety, and compliance with national and international regulationsSupervise and provide guidance to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionalsPrepare staff work schedules to ensure optimal service deliveryConduct periodic performance evaluations of medical and supporting staffHandle complaints or issues that arise in service deliveryCollaborate with other units, such as administration, finance, pharmacy, and others, to ensure smooth service operationsPrepare performance reports on medical and supporting services for clinic managementProvide strategic input to the executive management on medical innovations and investmentsQualifications:Medical Doctor with extensive clinical experience; additional qualifications in healthcare management are a strong plusMinimum 8-10 years of professional medical experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership rolesIn-depth knowledge of hospital accreditation, healthcare regulations, and local best practicesStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiativesExceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsWilling to be located in West Jakarta areaBonus points if:Experienced and skilled in the field of skincare and aestheticsExperienced in Occupational Health
