Job Description:The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and operational oversight of nursing services within the organization. This executive leader is responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and fostering an environment that promotes professional development and clinical excellence among nursing staff.
