Job Description

Job PurposeLead the full development and delivery of a large-scale real estate project, overseeing strategy, planning, design, and execution through to handover. Drive commercial, technical, and operational performance to ensure the project achieves its financial targets and development objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & PlanningDevelop the overall project strategy, development roadmap, and phasing plans.Oversee feasibility studies, highest-and-best-use analysis, and financial modeling.Set project KPIs and ensure alignment with the master real estate development plan.2. Real Estate Development ManagementLead the development of residential, mixed-use, retail, community facilities, and supporting infrastructure.Manage the interface between design, development, engineering, and planning teams.Ensure project components comply with real estate standards, zoning, and development guidelines.3. Project DeliveryOversee execution from early works through construction and commissioning.Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and at required quality standards.Manage project risks, issue escalation, and corrective actions.4. Financial & Commercial LeadershipManage project P&L, budget planning, capital expenditure, and cashflow.Lead contract negotiations, commercial evaluations, and value engineering initiatives.Optimize cost, revenue potential, and development returns.5. Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.Coordinate with government entities for permits and approvals.Align internal teams including design, construction, legal, finance, sales, and operations.6. Governance & LeadershipProvide executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and milestones.Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams and senior managers.Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field.Master’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, or Business preferred.15+ years of experience in real estate development, mixed-use projects, or large-scale district development.Proven leadership delivering multi-billion SAR real estate or mega projects.Strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management expertise.Knowledge of regional real estate regulations and infrastructure development.Key SkillsReal estate development expertiseStrong strategic and financial planning capabilitiesStakeholder and government relationsLeadership of multidisciplinary teamsAdvanced problem-solving and decision-makingExecutive communication and reportin
