Two funding rounds in, we need you to help us manage through hyper-growth.Role OverviewAs Chief of Staff & Head of Operations, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team and will own the operational heartbeat of the company. This role is uniquely positioned and your day‑to‑day will span scheduling and internal comms, HR oversight, operations/process design, finance support, and board/investor prep. You will drive alignment, efficiency, and operational excellence as Statt scales.What You’ll DoExecutive & Strategic OperationsPartner with the CEO to translate strategic vision into execution, monitor progress on key priorities, and ensure follow‑through across teams.Oversee the CEO’s calendar, meeting cadence, internal and external communications — ensure focus on top priorities.Lead preparation of Board and investor materials, including presentations, dashboards, memos and briefing packages.Drive strategic planning and execution processes, including OKRs, performance metrics, and cross‑functional alignment.Company Operations & Administrative LeadershipOversee administrative and operational systems — scheduling, internal communications, meeting management, resource coordination.Own HR operations: onboarding/termination, benefits coordination, employee engagement, compliance, culture development.Support finance and accounting: budgeting, expense management, vendor relations, payroll support.Establish, document and refine scalable processes, policies and workflows that support growth and reduce friction.Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives (product, engineering, sales, marketing, etc.) to amplify operational efficiency and execution speed.Board, Investor & External RelationsManage logistics and content for Board meetings and investor updates — including slide decks, hand‑outs, follow‑up actions.Assist in fundraising processes, due diligence preparation, external partner coordination and strategic partner engagements when needed.Who You Are• 5+ years of operations / strategy / executive support experience — startups or high‑growth companies preferred.• Comfortable wearing many hats in an early‑stage environment: strategic thinker, hands‑on executor, systems builder.• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.• Strong project‑management discipline, exceptional organization, and attention to detail.• Familiarity (or willingness to learn) in HR, finance, operations, and administrative leadership.• Thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and have a bias for action.• Bachelor’s degree required.Why Join Statt• Be a founding member of a high‑impact tech company that’s transforming how policy/regulatory insights are delivered worldwide.• Work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and help shape our culture, systems, and growth path.• Significant opportunity for growth: as we scale, this role may evolve into a COO executive position.• Competitive compensation and equity — we believe in sharing in the upside you help create.• Hybrid work environment in Austin, immersed in a vibrant startup ecosystem.We look forward to hearing from you!Equal Opportunity StatementStatt is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
