Company Description Computers for Enhanced Education (CEE) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the quality of ICT education in Malawian schools. By providing schools with high-quality ICT equipment and teacher training in digital literacy, CEE seeks to maximize learning opportunities for students. Building upon the successful efforts of The Turing Trust in Malawi, CEE is scaling these programs nationally to create long-term solutions for ICT integration in education. Role Description As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational execution of CEE’s programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing organizational priorities, streamlining initiatives, and supporting effective decision-making. You will oversee program development, monitor performance metrics, and serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. This is a contract role based on-site in Lilongwe, Malawi. Qualifications Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skillsStrategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skillsProficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementKnowledge of ICT systems and a strong interest in education and digital literacyExperience in non-profit management and program implementation is a plusAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to cultural contextsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred
