The Chief of Staff will oversee strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and drive key priorities set by the Founder. Responsibilities include streamlining operations, directly supporting leadership decisions, managing internal and external communications, and providing executive-level guidance to various departments. The role requires strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to ensure the smooth execution of company goals.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience into Strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsProficiency in data analysis and reporting to support business decisionsExperience in team management and coordinating cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with financial and operational processes is an advantageAbility to work closely with executive leadership and manage multiple priorities effectivelyBackground in consulting, business administration, or a related field is preferred
