As the company grows quickly, this role will design and drive the operating rhythms that keep priorities clear, goals measurable, and leaders aligned. Equal parts strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier, this role will help the organization move fast without breaking the wrong things—driving clarity across priorities, strengthening planning and accountability systems, and freeing the CEO and leadership team to focus on the highest-impact work.This role sits between a founder’s associate and a traditional Chief of Staff: strategic enough to see around corners, operational enough to ensure the day-to-day work actually gets done.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and drive operating rhythms that keep priorities clear, goals measurable, and leaders aligned.Act as a strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.Drive clarity across priorities and strengthen planning and accountability systems.Free the CEO and leadership team to focus on the highest-impact work.Ensure day-to-day work gets done effectively.Required QualificationsBackground in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations, ideally with exposure to technical or AI-driven businesses.Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and shift easily between technical and business topics.Willingness to engage in tough discussions and hold people accountable to outcomes.Capacity to communicate with clarity and precision at every level of the organization.Relentless organization with strong project-management instincts and the ability to keep others two steps ahead.High-judgment operator who handles sensitive information with discretion.Builder mindset: ability to not just flag gaps, but to close them.Why This Role MattersThis role ensures the organization stays focused on what matters most.
