About the roleAs Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer at Sinch, you will serve as a strategic force multiplier and trusted advisor, enabling the CPO to drive transformational impact across our global communications platform serving 175,000+ customers worldwide.You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between the product organization and the broader company while managing critical initiatives that require executive-level coordination. Your work will span strategic planning, M&A integration, organizational transformation, executive communications, and cross-functional leadership.This role is essential to translating product vision into organizational reality as Sinch scales its product excellence and accelerates innovation across our comprehensive portfolio of messaging, email, voice, and communications platform products. The role is based at SINCH HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and report to SINCH CPO. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership & Advisory Serve as primary strategic partner to the CPO on product strategy, organizational priorities, and business-critical decisions Participate in executive leadership team meetings, board preparation, and strategic planning sessions alongside the CPO Provide strategic counsel on complex organizational challenges, synthesizing diverse inputs into clear recommendations Represent the CPO in meetings and forums when needed, ensuring consistent decision-making and follow-through Strategic Planning & Governance Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning processes for the product organization, working closely with Product Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Strategy Facilitate development of product organization OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) aligned with company-wide objectives in partnership with Product Operations Partner with Product Operations to ensure strategic planning integrates with operational planning, portfolio management, and resource allocationPartner with Product Operations on governance frameworks for product investment decisions, resource allocation, and portfolio prioritization Organizational Transformation & Change Management Drive execution of organizational transformation initiatives as Sinch builds a unified product organization Design and implement change management strategies to ensure adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working Track transformation progress against milestones, adjusting approach based on feedback and results Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management Manage CPO's executive communication strategy, including internal updates, board materials, investor relations, and external communications Prepare high-quality executive presentations and strategic documents for board meetings, quarterly business reviews, and all-hands meetings Serve as primary liaison between CPO and other executive leadership team members, ensuring alignment and coordination Strategic Initiative & Program Coordination Own end-to-end coordination of strategic initiatives that span multiple teams or functions. Ensure strategic initiatives have clear owners, success metrics, timelines, and governance Provide executive visibility into initiative status, risks, and outcomes through regular reporting M&A Strategy & Integration Partner with Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy teams on product-related M&A evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning Lead product organization aspects of M&A integration, ensuring successful consolidation of acquired product teams, processes, and portfolios Synthesize lessons learned from integrations and divestitures to continuously improve Sinch's portfolio management capabilities About youRequirementsProven experience in chief of staff, strategy, product management or senior operational roles supporting C-level executives Proven experience at global high-growth technology companies, particularly B2B SaaS, CPaaS, or multi-product platformsProven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments Experience with M&A integration, organizational transformation, or large-scale change management strongly preferred Fluency in English Skills & Capabilities: Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex information, identify patterns, and frame strategic choices clearly Executive Presence: Confidence operating at executive levels, representing the CPO effectively in high-stakes situations Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences Analytical Rigor: Strong business and financial acumen, comfortable with data analysis and quantitative reasoning Organizational Savvy: Deep understanding of how organizations work, with ability to navigate complexity and build coalitions Execution Focus: Track record of driving initiatives to completion, with attention to detail and follow-through Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong relationship-building skills, and ability to influence without authority Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity, able to shift priorities quickly while maintaining quality and progress Our hiring processWe are committed to ensuring a recruitment process that is fair, objective, consistent, and inclusive.
