Builders now includes more than 130 people across hardware, software, design, product, and AI, and the group is expanding as we take Veo’s mission of making sports more accessible to the next stage.Your work will influence how we plan, collaborate and communicate across teams, ensuring that our technical direction stays aligned with the impact we aim to create in the sports world. You’ll help develop the systems and ways of working that bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving environment, enabling people to focus on building meaningful, high-quality products.If you enjoy bringing coherence to complexity and playing a steady role in how a tech organisation scales, this is an opportunity to contribute directly to the foundation that supports Veo’s long-term ambitions.What You Will Do:Shape the Engineering and Product planning cycle, ensuring OKRs and priorities are clear, aligned across teams, and connected to product and company goalsEstablish and run the operating rhythm for Builders' leadership, creating clarity on decisions, next steps, and follow-throughDrive organisational design discussions, growth planning, promotions, and performance reviews together with People, Finance, and other partnersCraft materials and narratives for leadership forums, board updates, cross-functional reviews, and Engineering All-HandsSurface risks, dependencies, and emerging issues early across software, hardware, product, design, and AI, bringing the right people together to move topics forwardStrengthen cross-functional alignment by ensuring expectations, priorities, and decisions are shared consistently across teamsContribute to shaping a collaborative working culture across Builders, helping maintain an environment where teams stay connected, do meaningful work at scale, and enjoy the way we build togetherWhat You Could Bring:Proven working experience in business operations, management consulting or a Chief of Staff-type role, ideally combined with time in a SaaS or tech organisation working closely with Engineering or Product leadersThe ability to build trust and work effectively with people across levels and disciplines, supported by sound judgment and high emotional intelligenceExperience partnering with technical leaders on organisational priorities and familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and how engineering teams organise workStrong analytical ability and a clear, structured approach to problem-solving, with the skill to turn complex topics into well-reasoned insights or decision pointsA working style grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping teams do their best workOur Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym.
