If so, you might be the person we are looking for.We are looking for a Head of Executive Assistant team, where you will both act as an Executive Assistant and a team leader. As an Executive Assistant you will support some of our senior partners in Technology & Transformation with a wide range of administrative tasks, and as a team leader you will have the daily leadership responsibility of the team, making sure to develop the team while setting the direction and expectations. The team currently consists of seven Executive Assistants and an Office Assistant.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will make an impact by:In the role of Executive Assistant, you will support several senior partners in the management team, and the main purpose is to provide outstanding support and service that ensures the daily operations run smoothly, as well as to secure a high level of communication between stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include:As a team leader of the Executive Assistant team and Office Assistant, your responsibility will be to set clear goals, motivate and offer feedback to the team membersYou will be setting the strategic direction and vision for the team, making sure they grow and develop as a team and as individualsManaging and coordinating complex calendars, demonstrating agility in handling frequent changes and urgent requests requiring prompt attention.Organizing travel arrangements in compliance with Deloitte’s travel policies, including transportation, accommodation, Pre-Travel Assessments, and visa applications.Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings, as well as assisting with the planning and execution of larger events and meetings.Performing various ad hoc administrative tasks to support partners.Providing backup support to office assistants during peak periods and holiday seasons, including managing the shared Salesforce cloud platform to assist colleagues with operational tasks.While these responsibilities form the core of the role, your professional skills and interests may influence the scope and evolution of your duties.QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with relevant experience from a similar position, preferable someone with team leadership experience and experience as an Executive Assistant.You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially mastering Outlook, and generally find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems.You are proficient in Danish and English at a high level, both spoken and written.We assume that you thrive working independently and that you are proactive in your approach to tasks.We expect you to be detail-oriented, able to prioritize your tasks, and maintain an overview when things move quickly.You are energetic and motivated by being part of an internal business function where our daily ambition is to deliver qualified and professional service that adds value to the business and our colleagues.You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related fieldEven if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.Additional InformationDo you want to be part of our team?Click the "I am interested" button above if you are ready to join our team.Send your application, CV, and grade transcript by 15.12.2025.
