Chief of Staff to the Founder

Snoots is reinventing veterinary care. Our mission is to make pet care affordable through the world’s first unlimited primary care membership, offered at a flat monthly price. We operate modern clinics, build our own tech, and rethink every part of the customer experience to make caring for pets radically simpler.We’re hiring a bilingual french/english Chief of Staff to work directly with our founder. This is a high-trust, high-context role for someone who is analytical, humble, fast-learning, and comfortable shifting between strategic work and day-to-day execution. It is not a secretary role. It’s a path toward meaningful responsibility in operations as we scale.What You’ll DoBe the founder’s operational counterpartHandle critical admin when needed — including task, scheduling, and keeping the founder’s world organized.Anticipate issues, remove blockers, and ensure priorities move.Drive cross-functional workLead projects across operations, product, growth, and clinic teams.Build processes, fix problems, and implement new workflows that tighten how we run.Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships — genuine ones, not transactional ones.Sales & commercial executionConduct direct outreach to employers and partners as we grow Snoots’ unlimited-care model.Deliver demos, pitches, and follow-ups with discipline.Own proposals, decks, and commercial materials from scratch.Analytical + technical competenceBreak down problems using clean, structured thinking and Excel.Build lightweight internal tools, microsites, and automations using AI tools like Lovable.Prepare materials for strategic decisions, fundraising, and partner meetings.General versatilityPlug into any part of the business and immediately add value — clinics, product, ops, or growth.Communicate clearly, write well, and represent Snoots with trust and warmth.Travel to London occasionally; long-term, this role can grow into London-based leadership.Who You AreFluent in French and English.3–6 years of experience in consulting, ops, or another rigorous, fast-paced environment.Wicked smart, low-ego, pragmatic.Able to shift comfortably between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves.Curious, intellectually engaged, and excited by the idea of building something category-defining.Excellent with people — credible, empathetic, not political.Obsessed with pets and their people.Why This Role MattersSnoots is scaling fast in the UK and now expanding to the US.
