Role DescriptionWe’re seeking a sharp, highly organized, and resourceful Chief of Staff to work directly with our Founder/CEO and help drive the business forward. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of everything we’re building.

You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—helping manage day-to-day operations, coordinating key initiatives, following up on investor or biz dev conversations, and ensuring we stay ahead of priorities. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in chaos, loves startups, and is passionate about building and scaling from the inside out. What You’ll Do: CEO Partner: Act as a trusted extension of the CEO—helping filter, prioritize, and execute initiatives across fundraising, partnerships, product, and hiring. Operational Command Center: Own daily operations—calendar management, internal workflows, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Biz Dev Follow-Up Machine:

Track and follow up on all high-priority sales, investor, and strategic outreach efforts. Never let a lead go cold. Internal Air Traffic Control: Serve as the connective tissue across teams—product, marketing, legal, and ops—making sure nothing slips. Decks, Docs & Demos: Help prep and polish materials for fundraising, partnerships, or strategy conversations. Project Management: Drive forward critical projects from zero to launch—ensuring timelines, accountability, and outcomes.
