The company designs and distributes hardware/software solutions used across Europe, North America, and APAC, and is now looking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen operational delivery across teams and regions.The role is especially suitable for someone currently working as a Senior Director, VP, or Head of Operations, or an existing COO within a mid-sized, entrepreneurial, product-focused business who is ready to take on broader global responsibility.Due to the close collaboration with the leadership team, candidates must be based in or around Gothenburg (or within a reasonable daily commute).Key ResponsibilitiesLead operational execution across group functions and international sales organisations.Translate strategy into structured and measurable operational delivery.Strengthen collaboration between product, commercial, and operational teams.Improve efficiency, processes, and group-wide ways of working.Support product strategy, market expansion, and customer-focused initiatives.Work closely with senior leadership on organisational development and cultural alignment.Provide operational input for product launches, commercial planning, and business performance.Represent the organisation as required in Europe, the US, and parts of Asia.
