From English language schools for adults and businesses, to tutoring services, kids’ summer camps, and language clubs in kindergartens — we’re building the leading education platform for every family member, at every stage of life.Now, we’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer - driving operational excellence, scaling processes, and building a high‑performing, people‑centric culture.What we are looking for?A strategic, hands-on Chief Operating Officer with 5+ years’ leadership experience - exceling at scaling operations, optimizing processes, and building high-performing teams. You balance data-driven decision-making with empathy, drive cross-functional execution, and turn strategy into repeatable, efficient results while safeguarding our collaborative, innovative culture.What you’ll own• Operating strategy: build and execute a multi-year plan for growth and profitability.• Revenue ownership: oversee sales operations, pricing, pipeline management, and customer acquisition strategies in collaboration with Sales and Finance.• Processes: document, simplify, and continuously improve core workflows.• Metrics: set KPI/OKRs, create clear dashboards, and run a consistent operating cadence.• Forecasting & capacity: plan demand, headcount, and workloads to meet SLAs and deadlines.• Costs & budget: manage the company-wide budget (CAPEX and OPEX), optimize spend and vendors, ensure healthy unit economics.• Execution: coordinate cross-functionally, remove blockers, and drive accountability.• Quality & risk: implement controls, audits, incident response, and compliance.• Tooling & automation: select the systems stack and automate repetitive work.• Customer experience: raise NPS/CSAT through service design and feedback loops.• Talent & org design: build high-performing teams, clarify roles, and develop managers.• Change management: lead clear communication, training, and adoption for new processes.• Continuous improvement: run experiments and scale what measurably works.The perfect candidate should have:• 5+ years in operations leadership with experience driving business growth.• Proven track record in strategic business planning and managing company-wide budgets (CAPEX, OPEX), forecasting, and unit economics.• Ability to build and execute operating strategy, KPI/OKRs, and a strong operating cadence.• Strong skills in process optimization, lead-to-cash, vendor and cost management.• Experience implementing tools/systems and automating workflows.• Excellent program/project management; results- and deadline-driven.• Data-driven decision-making, strong analytical skills, and financial acumen.• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and lead change.• Experience in quality, risk, and compliance management.• Proven people leadership: team building, talent development, and role clarity.• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.What we offer in return:Salary: €5,000–€6,000 gross/month + annual performance bonus tied to results.Real influence - a seat at the leadership table with the mandate to design, scale and continuously improve company operations.A friendly, fast-moving team with room to experiment and learn.Hybrid work (office first), flexible hours, professional development allowanceEmployee discounts on language courses and other services.Extra paid vacationFree parkingWe’re excited to find a passionate and creative leader like you - join us and make a real impact in shaping our vibrant team and inspiring learning journeys!
