The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include overseeing business planning, financial management, and budgeting processes. The role requires defining and implementing operational strategies, monitoring key performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to maintain the company's premium service standards.
