Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer, a highly driven operator — a problem-solver who can execute complex, cross-functional projects and act as a trusted right hand to the CEO. This person will manage special situations, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives across a diverse investment and business portfolio (including software, digital products, real estate, and venture assets). The ideal candidate is not a traditional investment professional, but rather an operations manager with exposure to investment environments (Private Equity / Venture Capital) and a deep understanding of how digital businesses operate.Your Main ResponsibilitiesDrive complex, cross-functional projects from idea to execution on behalf of the UBO;Manage “special situations” — operational improvements, performance calibration, and restructuring cases within the portfolio;Represent the Founder in negotiations and ensure follow-through on critical initiatives;Oversee selected operational assets and ensure profitability, sustainability, and process discipline;Collaborate closely with CEOs and management teams across the portfolio;Analyze asset performance (software businesses) and identify operational bottlenecks or strategic opportunities.We Expect From YouFluency in the Russian language (written/verbal) is required;A proven track record in multi-asset governance across both digital and traditional asset classes (in Private Equity, Venture Capital, family office, or complex multi-asset environments);Experience in special situations, restructuring, or turnaround management is a strong plusSolid understanding of software and digital business models.Deep understanding of corporate finance, including valuation, capital structure, and financial modeling;Demonstrated experience leading M&A transactions, complex private equity deals, IPO processes, and exit strategies;Exceptional project management skills, with a successful history of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives;Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling professional teams of 10 or more;Hands-on experience with a broad range of asset classes: equities, options, fixed income, commodities, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital funds, direct VC deals, and private equity funds;Knowledge of asset management strategies, including portfolio diversification, optimization, and rebalancing; Expertise in international taxation and legal structuring for corporate groups, especially in EU (ideally Cyprus), the USA, Hong Kong, and the UAE;Structured and analytical thinking — ability to synthesize key information and discard non-essential details;A results-driven mindset with high accountability, strong decision-making skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proactive approach to continuous growth.What You’ll GainREMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;Full payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;Corporate discount for English lessons; Health benefits.
