Read on for more details!The RoleThe company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead and advance 24 Hour Home Care’s People function, guiding HR strategy to support a high-performance, mission-aligned culture during a period of growth. Dually reporting to the CEOs of its two businesses, Steve Barber of Disability Services and Simon Close of Community Supports, the CPO, along with a team of 20 professionals (including legal and compliance), will oversee all pillars of the People function including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compliance, HR Operations, Organizational Development, and Total Rewards.This position requires a data-driven, people-centered leader with the ability to foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and aligned with 24 Hour Home Care’s care-focused mission.
