Chief Project Management Officer

Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Main responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all company projects and make sure they match company goals.Oversee the full project portfolio: timelines, risks, priorities, and resources.Implement and maintain a hybrid Agile–Waterfall process across the company.Manage and improve task and workflow systems (project tools, templates, processes).Ensure projects follow all internal rules and external regulations (e.g., data protection).Support and mentor teams on project methods and best practices.Create clear reports and dashboards for the CEO and management.Make decisions on project priorities, budgets, and problem escalations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s in Project Management is a plus).Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles.Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe.Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI.Excellent English communication skills.Strong analytical thinking, planning abilities, and problem-solving skills.Key Competencies:Strategic thinking and decision-making.High responsibility and reliability.Good communication and diplomacy across teams.Servant-leadership mindset and strong team motivation.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Open to improvement and innovation.Key Performance Indicators:Projects delivered within ±10% of planned time, scope, and budget.Faster delivery through process improvements (approx. 30% cycle time reduction).Strong alignment with company OKRs.Employee satisfaction (eNPS ≥ 50).Full compliance with internal and external audits.
