Your daily tasks will include analyzing business processes, managing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing support during ERP implementation phases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgrade, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to dynamic projects and grow within a collaborative environment.QualificationsCompleted or final year of one of the relevant faculties (FON, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering...)Experience or knowledge in ERP implementations and general Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plusFamiliarity with business processes and budgeting practicesAbility to work effectively in team settings and manage client relationshipsExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency in relevant software tools and platforms is a plusPrevious experience in a similar role or in a consulting environment is valuablePersonal characteristicsCuriosity and desire to learnProactivityGood communicationWillingness to work and disciplineFlexibility and openness to changeDigital literacy and practical intelligence
