To change that, we’re looking for driven performers and hands-on people who want to actively shape the future of mobility.As our CRO, you own the entire revenue journey – from new business and partners to existing customers.You lead our Sales & Customer Growth teams across DACH, France, and Benelux, set clear goals, and build scalable structures for long-term success. Your goal: to make reev the market leader for Charging & Energy.You shape the commercial vision and contribute to company-wide strategy and board discussions.You hold full responsibility for revenue, growth, and customer success across all markets and build an international high-performance team that operates with ambition, focus, and data-driven execution. You further develop our channel strategy with electrical wholesalers, strengthen strategic partnerships with hardware manufacturers, and open new sales channels across Europe.You establish structures for key accounts, win strategic enterprise customers, and ensure that reev is the preferred partner in every tender and project.You ensure that existing customers continuously gain more value from reev through new features, licenses, and services – with clear up- and cross-sell strategies.You align Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance in one shared rhythm, with clear goals, KPIs, and ownership across all teams.What You Bring AlongProven track record of scaling SaaS revenue from 5M€ to 50M€ ARR comparable growth environments. Experience driving growth through partner networks, direct sales, and customer expansion.Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and operational depth.Deep understanding of complex B2B ecosystems, ideally in SaaS, energy, or infrastructure.Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently with customers, partners, and investors.Mastery of commercial KPIs – pipeline, NRR, conversion, and predictive metrics.Inspirational leader who builds clarity, ambition, and ownership across teams.Fluent in English; German or French are a strong plusPlease apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement and some tasks might be a new challenge for you!What You Can Expect From UsCulture @ reev We foster a strong performance culture built on clear goals, ownership, and trust.
