We're looking for a serious, boots-on-the-ground CRO to own revenue from zero → one.What makes you a fit● Proven enterprise/B2B new-logo wins (you can show quota-crushing, founder-style selling).● Autonomous operator who loves field work and accountability.● Comfortable with privacy/regulated buyers (nice-to-have), and you use social networks to open doors.● Builder mindset > title chasing. You want ownership, not vanity.Who you’ll partner with You’ll work directly with Gordon Willis—a seasoned CIO/CTO who has delivered secure, high-availability infrastructure for Fortune-100 customers for 20+ years—to shape GTM, pricing, and partnerships from day one.Stage & compensation Early stage, customer-obsessed, and moving fast. Co-founder role with meaningful equity and performance-based comp; cash is lean until revenue milestones.Location Montreal/Canada preferred; remote-friendly within North American time zones.Interested?
