Good Earth continues its growth with franchising opportunities across Canada.Role DescriptionThe VP of Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive brand awareness, franchise development, and systemwide revenue growth. The VP of Marketing will serve as a key member of the leadership team supporting the growth and positioning of the brand. As leader of a small team, the VP of Marketing will take a hands-on approach to drive success.Key areas of responsibility include Strategic Marketing Leadership, National Marketing Program development and management, Franchise Partner Support and Engagement, Digital and Traditional Marketing management, Real Estate and Franchise Development Marketing, Team Collaboration, and Budgeting and Performance management.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. The VP of Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with company objectives.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving growth.Experience in franchising, multi-unit retail, or consumer services industries is highly preferred.Skills & CompetenciesProven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand equity.Expertise in digital marketing, including data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
