Adhering to the principles of honesty, prudence, and transparency in investment, the company is committed to providing clients with robust and reliable investment solutions and professional risk management strategies.Our goal is to become a trusted partner in the industry, building a safe, efficient, and forward-looking investment ecosystem based on technological innovation and prudent governance in the ever-changing digital finance world.Job Summary:The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is the highest-ranking person responsible for the company's revenue growth and business strategy, overseeing all core revenue-related departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, and business development. The CRO's mission is to achieve sustained revenue growth and improved profitability through systematic strategies, data-driven management, and cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities:Revenue Strategy Formulation and ExecutionFormulate the company's overall revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's medium- and long-term strategic goals;Design and oversee revenue growth plans, including market expansion, customer acquisition, retention, and value enhancement;Establish data-driven sales forecasting, performance analysis, and growth models.Marketing and Brand ManagementCoordinate brand strategy, marketing, and public relations communications to enhance the company's brand influence and customer trust;Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide market insights for the company's strategy;Drive innovative marketing strategies, integrating online and offline channels to achieve dual growth in brand and revenue.Sales and Business DevelopmentManage the sales organizational structure, formulate sales targets and performance incentive programs;Optimize sales processes and customer journeys to improve customer conversion and retention rates;Expand key strategic partnerships to drive growth in new markets and for new products.Customer Success and Experience ManagementOversee the customer success department to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships;Establish a customer value-driven management system to drive cross-selling and renewal growth;Collect customer feedback to provide a basis for product optimization and market positioning decisions.Cross-departmental Collaboration and Growth SynergyWork closely with the CEO, CMO, and COO;Integrate marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to achieve synergistic growth;Drive the organization's transformation towards a revenue-centric culture and improve overall business agility.Data-Driven Performance ManagementEstablish a scientific revenue forecasting system and data analytics framework;Monitor key revenue indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance targets are met and sustainable growth is achieved;Utilize CRM systems and BI tools to support decision-making and revenue optimization.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;Over 10 years of experience in revenue, sales, or business management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., VP of Sales or VP of Revenue);Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales systems and digital growth models;Familiarity with modern marketing systems, customer lifecycle management, and growth hacking strategies;Excellent strategic thinking, execution, and cross-departmental collaboration skills;Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing and driving organizational change;Experience in the technology, fintech, or digital asset industries is preferred.
