About the RoleWe are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist (HORECA / On-Premise) to join our Red Bull Marketing team and take ownership of developing and executing impactful trade marketing strategies across all On-Premise segments — including Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering, QSR, and Delivery.The role’s purpose is to drive brand presence, build strong customer partnerships, and create tailor-made activations that connect with consumers and deliver measurable business growth.You will combine strategic thinking with flawless execution — leveraging insights, creativity, and data to ensure our brand stands out and wins at the point of consumption.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Channel ActivationDevelop and adapt the On-Premise trade marketing strategy across all HORECA segments.Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to design customized activation plans that fit both customer needs and brand objectives.Create activation toolkits and guidelines for field teams to secure visibility, engagement, and sell-out.Roll out marketing programs that secure new business opportunities and expand our footprint within existing accounts.Consumer & Brand ActivationBuild and maintain premium brand presence in the On-Premise channel, ensuring execution excellence and brand consistency.Coordinate with Field Marketing and Sales teams to deliver in-outlet activations that bring the brand to life and drive trial and loyalty.Manage top Key Account marketing projects — from concept to execution — to support customer partnerships and brand growth.POS Production & PlacementLead the design, production, and placement of POS materials in alignment with brand guidelines and tailored to each venue’s environment.Ensure materials deliver a best-in-class consumer experience and reflect our “Look Like #1” standards.Data Analysis & ReportingTrack and analyze the performance of activations and marketing initiatives.Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize strategies and budgets.Share best practices, highlight opportunities, and continuously improve execution effectiveness.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and Brand teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business priorities.Partner with external agencies and suppliers to ensure flawless and timely execution of all projects.Your ProfileEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Trade Marketing, preferably within FMCG or HORECA / On-Premise channels.Strong understanding of channel marketing, brand activation, and sales processes.Proven ability to analyze trends, connect insights, and turn them into actionable strategies.Excellent project management, planning, and presentation skills.Passion for building relationships and establishing new business partnerships.Self-driven, creative, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Fluent in English (written and spoken).What We OfferA dynamic role in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.The opportunity to shape brand presence and activations in the HORECA / On-Premise channel.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for growth and professional development in an international brand-driven company.
