Freeing practitioners to focus on care instead of admin. Long-term, they aim to coordinate care itself, creating a unified, AI-driven infrastructure for the next generation of independent healthcare.About the Role:They’re hiring a CTO (Co-Founder) to own both engineering and product from day one. You’ll define the full technical vision, build the MVP, and scale the platform from prototype to production. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to lead architecture, build the team, and shape culture and standards across the company.Responsibilities:Own end-to-end technical strategy and execution, from MVP to scaleDesign and build the platform, integrating leading healthcare APIs (AI scribing, credentialing, billing, scheduling) into a seamless, automated workflowRecruit, lead, and mentor the first engineering hires while establishing best practices and high-bar standardsCollaborate directly with paediatricians and practitioners to deeply understand workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiencesShip rapidly while balancing compliance, reliability, and healthcare-grade performanceRepresent the company at industry events and serve as the technical face of the brand as it scalesRequirements:5 + years of full-stack engineering experience with strong technical fundamentals (60:40 backend lean)Prior experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early-stage healthtech engineerProficiency across modern backend and frontend frameworks; AI/ML familiarity a plusStrong product instincts, ability to work autonomously, and deep interest in healthcare innovationWhy Join:This is a mission-driven role for someone who wants to help rebuild independent medicine.
