The Chief Technology Officer will oversee the organization's technology strategies, manage IT infrastructure, and lead software and product development initiatives. The role includes project management responsibilities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of technology solutions that align with organizational goals. The individual will also design and enforce the overarching IT architecture while enabling technological advancements that drive business success.QualificationsStrong expertise in Software Development and Product DevelopmentProven experience in Project Management and leading cross-functional teamsIn-depth understanding of IT Strategy and developing long-term technology roadmapsHands-on experience in designing and implementing robust technical ArchitectureExcellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of financial services or cooperative society operations is advantageousBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldCandidates who have worked in implementing Core Banking solution in Banks and NBFC preferred.
