Are you interested in making a difference in Children and Young People's mental health?Buckinghamshire Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service & Eating Disorders (CAMHs and ED service) is looking for a Improvement Coordinator to join them. You should be a high calibre person who can support the teams delivering a range of improvement projects across the service.Please note this role is a on a 12 months fixed term contract.To lead delivery on 2 improvement projects, working collaboratively with clinical and management colleagues.To coordinate a wide range of improvement projects that are being led by clinical leadership roles in the service. To ensure there are regular updates shared with the service Snr Leadership Team on all improvement projects.Design, develop and implement appropriate reporting to provide assurance to the Snr Leadership Team against key improvement projectsCollaborate with clinical and operational project leads, supporting them to deliver improvement projects. Support the development and maintenance of all documentation and tracking tools, including a detailed suite of project plans and business cases, quality records and action plans for improvement work.Maintain a high level of analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in overseeing the monitoring of a large number of projects.
