China Supply Chain Planner

该职位来源于猎聘Develops, integrates and provides account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning which includes replenishment data, point-of sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions.Leads the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts.Maintains and manages product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. Analyzes internal demand stream information and categorizes according to demand patterns.Aligns sales, global supply chain, local and global marketing, finance, and business leadership to drive enhance business performance through demand forecast improvement.Leads Regional IBP (integrated business planning) ProcessDrives regional portfolio management including phase in - phase out communications and system set up.Manages regional inventory of portfolio with focus on balancing proper service and growth needs with optimization of investment.Responsible for proper Master Data management with regular reporting of accuracy.Drives KPI alignment, management, and reporting for key product linesIdentifies opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within supply chain and implements best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Must HaveRequires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.Expertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systemsExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadershipNative level Chinese fluencyBusiness level or above English fluencyCitizen / resident status or work permit in China Nice to HaveAPICS, IBF or similar professional certification.MBA or related degree2+ years of Supply Chain demand planning experienceExperience in Medical Device IndustryLean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification
