About the jobDuties and ResponsibilitiesAid the Talent Acquisition team throughout various stages of the hiring process, including managing job postings, screening, and scheduling interviewsCommunicate regularly with the related departments to get a clear view of their hiring needs and anticipate future employment needsBuild a professional network with potential talents, attend recruitment activities, events, and build relationships with universities for recruiting and future candidate poolingPartner with the HR team to deliver onboarding for new employeesAdminister, verify, and follow up on any relevant hiring documents for new employeesCounsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environmentKeep the recruitment master list record up to date to generate weekly and monthly reportsProvide a high level of confidentiality and communication with candidates throughout the candidate life cycle.
Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a Weekly/Monthly report. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and interact with candidates and team membersProven track record in Recruiting, Hiring, and InterviewingExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site in Phnom Penh, CambodiaBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred
