Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Bilingual B2B Sales & Growth Strategist to help us launch and grow one of our new digital products for businesses. This is a hands-on, contract role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, is fluent in English and Spanish, and knows how to turn leads into loyal clients. You'll take ownership of sales strategy, lead management in HubSpot, presentations, and client meetings as we bring our solution to market. You'll collaborate with our internal team to translate product value into compelling sales materials and manage conversations from first contact to close. Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for a new digital B2B product. Manage sales funnel and deal flow using HubSpot CRMBuild and present tailored sales decks, proposals, and demosLead and support meetings with potential clients (LATAM + U. S. markets)Coordinate onboarding and feedback loops with early customersImplement and optimize sales automation tools and email sequencesWork closely with the product and marketing teams to align messagingTrack KPIs and provide weekly reports on progress, challenges, and winsIdeal Candidate:
