SWEDISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER CONSULTANT(Position is temporary - for 1,5 years)We Are Looking For Someone WhoLoves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;Can communicate in Swedish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Swedish customers and colleagues;Likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems;Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills;Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).

You Could Be The One WhoTakes care of our customers via phone and email;Is responsible for card support and account administration;Manages new orders and registrations;Advice our customers regarding station campaigns and products;Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
