🚴‍♂️We are looking for a City Manager in Dublin!🚴‍♀️About UsDucky Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company specializing in the maintenance and operations of electric vehicles (bikes, scooters, mopeds) for leading shared mobility providers.We are now looking for a City Manager to take charge of daily operations in Dublin, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality standards, and strong communication across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Plan and assign tasks/routes, supervise attendance and safety protocols, resolve incidents, and ensure company vans are maintained.Resources & Logistics: Manage stock of tools, parts, and batteries; place basic orders; coordinate with local suppliers; keep inventory updated.Team Supervision: Train and guide operators, monitor quality and productivity, conduct audits, and report performance issues.Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on incidents, KPIs, and operational challenges; streamline reporting tools.Safety & Compliance: Ensure PPE use, report incidents, and verify periodic checks of company vehicles.RequirementsProven experience in logistics and operations management.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Hands-on approach, willing to be present on site.Experience managing field staff in fast-paced environments.Background in electric mobility, fleet management, or shared mobility is a plus.Spanish knowledge is a plus.What We Offer50.000€/year + BonusOpportunity to shape operations in a fast-growing company.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Professional growth in logistics and sustainable mobility.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: On-siteApply here or send me a direct message!We look forward to having your talent to boost our operations in Dublin!
