City Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve regional sales targets (ST, SO) and core KPIs.Expand offline outlet coverage and optimize channel layout.Manage regional inventory & PSI to avoid overstock/out-of-stock.Standardize retail store display and boost conversion rate.Drive revenue growth of core customers/key stores.Recruit, manage and train regional supervisor/shopping guide teams.Maintain stable customer relationships and resolve cooperation issues.Requirements≥5 years of sales experience, with a proven track of meeting targets.Consumer electronics background required; mobile phone industry experience preferred.Retail store management experience (traditional family-owned store experience a plus).Proficient in English (working language for communication/reports).Familiar with Indonesian regional market and offline channels.Strong team management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Able to travel regionally frequently; proactive and result-oriented.
