Risk & Safety HR Analyst

The Risk & Safety HR Analyst maintains regulatory compliance, ensures employee safety, and mitigates environmental risk across city operations. The Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining written safety programs, making formal recommendations related to process improvement, and coordinating citywide implementation and accountability across departments. The Analyst will oversee industrial hygiene, manage third-party consultants and trainers, manage safety inspections and audits, incident management and reporting, and safety program reporting.
