Project Documentation and SubmittalsPrepare and submit technical documents including RFIs, method statements, material submittals, and shop drawing logs.Maintain document control and ensure all submissions are tracked and updated.Liaise with consultants and clients for timely approval of all technical submissions. Coordination and CommunicationCoordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely material approvals and deliveries.Work closely with site engineers to ensure proper implementation of approved drawings.Participate in technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other trades. Quality and ComplianceEnsure all materials and works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.Support QA/QC engineers with technical documentation and inspection requests.Provide technical support for non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction / contracting companies (preferably in building or infrastructure projects). Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Primavera. Strong understanding of shop drawing preparation, material submittals, and quantity take-off. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with local building codes and standards. Membership/registration with the UAE Society of Engineers or equivalent is preferred.Key Competencies Strong technical and analytical skills. Accuracy and attention to detail.
